Heart Disease & Stroke: Early Detection & Support for Recovery Grants

The Australian Government's Department of Health has opened two grant rounds. The purpose of the Early Detection grant opportunity is to increase the early detection of people at risk of heart disease and stroke. This will reduce avoidable hospital admissions and save lives. The purpose of the Support for Recovery grant opportunity is to provide support for Australians with heart disease or stroke to make the best recovery possible, to be well and participate in the community.

Applications close: 17 December 2020.
