The Alcohol & Drug Foundation (ADF)'s Local Drug Action Team (LDAT) Program aims to empower community organisations to form partnerships in their area and develop evidence-informed activities, tailored to their local needs, to prevent harms from alcohol and other drugs (AOD).
There are more than 230 LDATs around Australia and the ADF are on the look out for another 40.
- You must have a designated Lead Organisation who will be responsible for the governance of the LDAT and be the primary contact for the LDAT
- You must have a minimum of two additional organisations to form the LDAT
- You must have a focus on prevention to reduce AOD related harm in community
- You must meet the assessment criteria
