The NSW Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy 2018-2022 sets out a long-term vision for NSW. The strategy target is to achieve 90,000 NSW businesses taking effective action to create a mentally healthy workplace by 30 June 2022. Strategy projects are in four streams – awareness raising, evidence informed interventions, research and building employer capability.
Mental health at work training is part of the evidence-informed interventions stream. These workplace interventions were selected based on evidence of their effectiveness in improving mental health outcomes and saving employers money.
This project requires the vendor to deliver their own evidence-informed/or evidence-based training through online and face to face methods, customised as outlined in the tender requirements; and support customers end-to-end from marketing and recruitment to follow-up evaluation three months after training.
The target is to train a minimum of 4,700 people from private businesses with up to 200 staff and not-forprofit organisations of any size in NSW between May 2021 and June 2022.
Proposals must be submitted by a legal entity or, if a joint proposal, by legal entities, with the capacity to contract. The Principal will only enter into an Agreement with a legal entity/entities.
Applications close: 23 March 2021.
