Young minds can learn and play at the Library, explore the past at the Museum, flex creative muscles in the Gallery, and much more.

Disability
- Consultation: Hawkesbury City Council Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) 2027-2030
Council is undertaking community and stakeholder consultation to help shape and inform the development of the DIAP 2027-2030. They want to hear from the Hawkesbury community about local challenges and opportunities for improving access and inclusion for people with disability. The DIAP will focus on four key areas:
– Improving community attitudes and behaviours towards those with disability.
– Improving systems and processes to be more accessible and inclusive.
– Increasing employment opportunities and improving support for those with disability seeking and engaging in employment.
– Building more liveable communities.
Community consultation pop-ups during June and August; alternatively feedback can also be provided via an online survey or by email. Survey closes Friday, 28 August.
