Western Sydney Community Legal Centre (WSCLS) Law Expo:
The Expo will feature a range of talks covering important legal topics including traffic and criminal law, wills and power of attorney, as well as information on MyGov and Centrelink services. One-on-one appointments with a lawyer will be available for people who have a specific legal question. A financial counsellor from The Salvation Army will also be available for phone appointments to assist with a range of concerns.

A safe way to dispose of potentially hazardous household chemicals. Only house quantities of chemicals are accepted (20L or 20kg), except paint – up to 100L is accepted (in 20L containers). The event is open to all of Greater Sydney.

Respecting the Lines Program Information Session
Be One Collective and partners information session on a program that will provide ongoing engagement for families, with a focus on female carers and boys 8-14 years, alongside capacity building for local services. The program will deliver culturally safe yarning circles and community safety events that support families to build respectful relationships, safety awareness, communication, identity and connection to Country, while also strengthening the ability of services to respond in culturally safe, trauma-informed and community-led ways.
The information session is open to female carers, families, Aboriginal community members, local services, schools, youth workers, family workers and anyone supporting children, young people and community safety in the Hawkesbury area.
