Volunteer Connect Lithgow Region Inc Seeking Ideas

Volunteer Connect Lithgow Region Inc are planning new ways to support volunteers and the organisations that rely on them. What would help make volunteering easier, more rewarding, or more accessible in the community? They are seeking ideas from volunteers, community organisations, local businesses, or anyone passionate about giving back.

They are exploring ideas such as volunteer training and workshops, recruitment and matching events, leadership development, online learning resources, networking opportunities, volunteer wellbeing programs, mentoring and buddy programs, and community recognition events.
