Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Apple Foundation Program (Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Learners)
Hosted by City of Parramatta Libraries, this UTS program offers an opportunity for participants to build future-ready skills at the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. No prior knowledge of coding required.
Participants will get hands-on with Swift (Apple’s programming language) and bring their original app idea to life. Along the way, they will build highly transferable skills in coding, design thinking, storytelling, prototyping and more.

Yourtown Social Enterprise delivers professional grounds maintenance, cleaning, and property services across Western Sydney. Crews of local young people 16-24 years undertake Certificate II in Horticulture traineeships, gaining practical skills, industry experience, and ongoing support.
The service partners with government, community housing providers, local councils, and businesses to deliver reliable property services while investing in brighter futures for young people in the community.
