South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) – Equity & Prevention Service Healthy & Active Families Program (Arncliffe) is for parents/carers and features practical strategies to support their primary school aged children to be healthy, active and happy. Children will participate in fun games, cooking, and mindfulness activities. In English, with in-language support for families from culturally diverse backgrounds.
